Where do orders ship from?
Physical items are packed and shipped from our shop at 141 Malone Ave in Aliquippa, PA. Most orders leave within one business day after payment.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.55 and free on orders of $61 or more after discounts. Express is $14.75. Gift cards, software and courses are delivered free by email.
How does the PRIME10 code work?
Enter PRIME10 in your crate for 10% off everything except gift cards. One code per order.
How do I pay?
Place your order and we email a secure payment link along with your order summary. We never ask for card details in a form on this site.
What if something is not right?
Physical items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging. Call or email us and a real person will sort it out.
When do digital codes arrive?
Software, courses and gift cards arrive by email, usually within a few hours on business days. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
