Physical items

You can return physical items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first at +1 724-770-0745 or support@primestoreoffer.com and we will send return instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Digital products and gift cards

Software codes, language courses and gift cards are final sale once the code has been sent, because they cannot be taken back. If a code does not work, contact us and we will work with the provider to fix it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
